Alex (Canada) (2008/08/11): Reading a Tom Clancy book, or perhaps better said a Tom Clancy story written by David Michaels, is akin to playing a video game without a controller. The book, an easy read for even mid to late high-schoolers, is at its heart a commercial for the game.
Yes the story is interesting, well told. But it just makes you want to play the game. So getting through chapters is a bit more difficult then anticipated for no reason other then the feeling of "why read this, when I can play it?"
