I liked this book because it didnt read like a self help recipe that some other mental health focused books have. Its raw, real, and it hurts some times but it is worth it.

It took me a long time to read this book. It's one of those books you are engrossed in while reading, but if you put it down you won't go back to it. The lack of vowels in some of the proper nouns bothered me a lot more than they should have.Overall, like the previous reviewer stated, the book doesn't read like a self-help book, and is interesting in that it deals so directly with insanity. I've visited mental hospitals, and thought the descriptions were fairly accurate. The book starts off a little slow, though.

One of the best books I've ever read. Absolutely recommendable to those who want to read a story and not a self help book.
